📋 Description

• Serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager for clients • Collaborate with additional clinicians, PhD scientists, and care coordinators • Identify key issues and opportunities to improve clients’ care • Identify and engage top medical experts • Guide patients toward optimized care plans • Explore specialized diagnostics and treatment options beyond the current standard of care • Manage complex medical issues and coordinate client care • Facilitate the best available diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options worldwide • Navigate clients through the healthcare system • Provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and families • Work with clinical and research teams to identify the latest therapies and provide information on medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials • Coordinate collaboration with external care providers and interdisciplinary resources • Network with key opinion leaders • Manage other clinical staff for particular cases or service lines

🎯 Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in your state of residence, with active board certification in at least one state; these are “no exceptions” requirements • 5+ years of APP clinical experience managing complex medical issues in a multidisciplinary environment requiring careful assessment and critical thinking • Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive written and verbal communication, impeccable attention to detail and organization, and a highly professional demeanor under pressure • Insatiable clinical curiosity; creative thinking and complex problem-solving ability • Comfortable navigating various technology platforms to document work and communicate with colleagues • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment • Technically savvy
