📋 Description

• Serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager for clients • Collaborate with clinicians, PhD scientists, and care coordinators to improve client care • Use clinical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and care opportunities • Identify and engage top medical experts • Guide patients toward optimized care plans and specialized diagnostics • Manage complex medical issues and coordinate client care • Facilitate the best available diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options worldwide • Provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and families • Work with clinical and research teams to identify latest therapies and provide information on medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials • Coordinate with external care providers and interdisciplinary team resources • Network with key opinion leaders to build relationships and facilitate client care • Manage other clinical staff for particular cases or service lines • Navigate healthcare-system barriers and guide patients toward the best treatment plans

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to work Pacific (PST) timezone business hours required • Active NP or PA license in your state of residence, with active board certification in at least one state; these are “no exceptions” requirements • 5+ years of APP clinical experience managing complex medical issues in a multi-disciplinary environment where careful assessment and critical thinking are required • Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive written and verbal communication, impeccable attention to detail and organization, and a highly professional demeanor under pressure • Insatiable clinical curiosity and ability to think creatively and solve complex problems • Technological proficiency and comfort navigating various tech platforms to document work and communicate with colleagues
