📋 Description

• Serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager for clients • Collaborate with additional clinicians, PhD scientists, and care coordinators • Uncover opportunities to improve clients’ care • Use clinical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and engage top experts • Guide patients to optimized care plans • Explore specialized diagnostics and treatment options beyond the current standard of care • Manage complex medical issues and coordinate client care • Facilitate the best diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options available worldwide • Navigate the healthcare system for clients • Provide high-level clinical management and education to clients and families • Work with clinical and research teams to identify the latest therapies and provide information on medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials • Coordinate collaboration with external care providers and interdisciplinary resources • Network with key opinion leaders • Manage other clinical staff for particular cases or service lines

🎯 Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in your home state • Five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in an oncology and/or hematology environment where careful assessment and critical thinking are required • Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive written and verbal communication, impeccable attention to detail and organization, and a highly professional demeanor under pressure • Insatiable clinical curiosity and ability to think creatively and solve complex problems • Technically savvy and comfortable navigating various tech platforms to efficiently document work and communicate with colleagues • Oncology experience combined with another complex discipline is a significant bonus
