📋 Description

• Proactively support and assess clients’ care needs through direct communication • Collaborate with clinicians and researchers as part of the client’s care team • Initiate client engagements, including welcome emails and registration completion • Facilitate scheduling and billing support with physician offices • Coordinate services including concierge nursing and molecular profiling companies • Manage client meeting details, follow-up, and action-item completion • Partner with researchers to assess clinical trial eligibility and enrollment processes

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment • Cancer experience highly desired • Concierge-level customer service experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Highest standards of ethics and personal integrity • Capacity for discretion and handling confidential information with care • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving role • Highly technologically adept • College graduate (BA or BS) strongly preferred
