📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience • Engage customers in conversations and provide fashion, trend, and product guidance • Promote and sell H&M products • Promote the Hello Member customer loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives • Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets • Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and influencers • Share product, fashion, service, and store operations knowledge with customers and colleagues • Follow store procedures, routines, and legal requirements • Participate in onboarding, training, and development courses • Complete the garment cycle, including unpacking, refilling, steaming, and garment care • Operate fitting room and checkout areas • Maintain clean and tidy sales floors, back of house, and stockrooms • Support garment presentation and maintain merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines • Replenish sales floor stock • Maintain in-store OMNI services and technology tools, including Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store • Support store opening and closing • Follow health and safety guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment • Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries • Passion for fashion and H&M products • Customer-focused and motivated to provide a great experience • Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented • Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment • Ability to follow store procedures, routines, and legal requirements • Ability to complete garment care, presentation, replenishment, fitting room, checkout, and store operations tasks • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and legal requirements
