β’ Conduct health evaluations to assess substance use, co-occurring conditions, and overall functioning β’ Diagnose health conditions and create individualized treatment plans β’ Prescribe and manage medications, monitor for side effects, and adjust treatment as needed β’ Collaborate with the Holon care team and external providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care β’ Serve as a clinical consultant on complex or high-need cases β’ Educate clients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery support strategies β’ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and medical standards β’ Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous training
β’ Active and unrestricted NP license in North Carolina (multiple and additional state licenses are a plus) β’ Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable) β’ Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry β’ Board certification in specialty preferred β’ Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
