📋 Description

• Oversee and direct District Services Managers, Assistant Market Managers, Branch Install Managers, Sales Managers, and Regional Provider Managers across a multi-district geographical services area. • Focus on pipeline, conversion, customer service, and provider management to achieve profitability and deliver an excellent installation experience. • Lead and develop high-performing field associates. • Communicate the strategic vision of Home Services. • Ensure associate safety and compliance with regulations and requirements. • Meet or exceed targets for assigned sales plans. • Engage cross-functionally with field leadership, RVPs, regional support teams, and DMs. • Handle escalated customer issues in partnership with field leadership. • Develop and reinforce selling and operational skills through education, coaching, mentorship, and motivation. • Analyze sales, financial, and operational metrics across the assigned services area. • Identify opportunities and implement game plans for improvement. • Execute Home Services strategy to deliver growth, profitability, and an enhanced customer experience. • Optimize diverse talent and oversee talent decisions and retention strategies across a large geographical area. • Typically report to the Senior Director Services and manage 6 direct reports. • Travel overnight more than 50% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Demonstrated proficiency in predictive modeling, data mining and data analysis. • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Relevant professional experience in Home Services, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training. • Experience in a retail environment, home improvement industry or general construction industry. • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience. • People management experience with multi-unit or geographically dispersed teams. • Proven ability to drive strategy and change management through input, delivery, and implementation of initiatives. • Experience adopting new technologies and applying them to business applications. • Experience evaluating and establishing strategies for multiple locations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong business and financial acumen. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field.
