📋 Description
• Perform daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Provide quality professional customer service that meets or exceeds company standards and customer expectations • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination • Provide a positive customer experience through accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs • Cooperate with associates, supervisors, and managers on assigned work activities • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule • Report to the Assistant Market Manager
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk • Must regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing 8–20 pounds • Travel between locations required
