📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation • Provide quality professional customer service that meets or exceeds Company standards and customer expectations • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily • Support sales, product inquiries, and coordination of installations within the Measurement Services center Field Services Organization • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned activities • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule • Travel to appointments and provide services support to company locations as needed • Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED typically acquired for the role • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk • Regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds) • Travel between locations required • Ability to use company-issued devices
