📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships through daily customer interactions • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination • Perform accurate measurements and calculations, review and present quotes • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Demonstrate product and service knowledge when answering customer questions • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work activities • Follow all policies, procedures, and work schedules • Travel primarily to appointments within a predefined geographical area and support company locations as needed • Use company-issued devices • Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable Transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds) • Travel between locations required
