📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships • Support sales, product inquiries, and installation coordination • Ask customers open-ended questions and identify project and product needs • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules • Collaborate with associates, supervisors, and managers • Travel between appointments, locations, and potentially company locations • Report to the Assistant Market Manager • Achieve customer service, measurement accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity goals

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Ability to continuously stand or walk • Ability to regularly lift, handle, or carry 8–20 pounds • Ability to complete daily routes for pre-assigned appointments • Ability to work within a pre-defined geographical area • Ability to travel between locations • Customer service, communication, collaboration, and customer focus competencies
