📋 Description
• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Provide quality professional customer service that meets or exceeds company standards and customer expectations • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination • Perform accurate measurements and calculations, review and present quotes • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Demonstrate product and services knowledge to answer customer questions • Identify opportunities to engage customers in additional services programs • Cooperate with associates, supervisors, and managers on assigned activities • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • Must continuously stand or walk • Regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment weighing 8–20 pounds • Travel between locations required • Ability to complete accurate measurements, calculations, quote reviews, and presentations • Ability to provide customer service and explain merchandise features, benefits, and project steps
