📋 Description

• Plan and execute activities related to project delivery and financial/budgeting activities • Manage one or more projects within timelines and budgets • Create and maintain status reports • Proactively manage project issues, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans • Work with third-party partners and cross-functional stakeholders • Lead project planning, including scope, deliverables, delivery dates, work breakdown structures, and milestones • Create, monitor, track, and adjust project plans • Execute change management processes and activities within the Technology organization • Manage projects across the Enterprise Data portfolio, including infrastructure and cybersecurity/security initiatives • Coordinate with cybersecurity and technology stakeholders on requirements, dependencies, risks, and deliverables • Prepare project and portfolio updates and facilitate monthly portfolio reviews with leadership • Communicate project health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions • Execute fiscal management and reporting for operational, product/business, technology, and vendor stakeholders • Track gross labor, capital spend, non-labor forecasting, and variance analysis • Maintain project and portfolio reporting using Excel, Google Cloud dashboards, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools • Report to the Sr. Manager, Delivery Management • Position has 0 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Proficient knowledge of Tableau • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation • Demonstrated project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines • Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to develop project reporting and leadership-level presentations • Experience utilizing Google Cloud dashboards or similar cloud-based reporting and visualization tools • Experience with the planning and execution of projects and risk mitigation strategies • Experience with project management execution in a modern software environment; experience managing technical projects • Experience supporting infrastructure, cybersecurity, security, enterprise data, or other technology-focused projects • Experience preparing and presenting project or portfolio updates to leadership • Experience in Agile, Waterfall or other project delivery methodologies • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Preferred: Experience managing projects within an Enterprise Data or similar technology portfolio • Preferred: Experience partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and technology teams on cross-functional initiatives • Preferred: Experience developing dashboards, executive-level reporting, and presentations for recurring leadership reviews • Preferred: Ability to use Smart sheets
