📋 Description

• Create a high-performing selling culture • Lead, recruit, coach, manage, and retain a team of commissioned Sales Consultants • Drive assigned sales teams to achieve sales targets for assigned territories • Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store management, associates, and installation partners • Train store partners and associates on Home Depot Installation Services products and offerings • Drive lead generation efforts in stores • Manage Sales Consultants through hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and retention • Analyze and prioritize business metrics, scorecards, and KPIs • Implement action plans to improve performance • Respond to escalated customer inquiries and concerns • Monitor customer projects through the job process and ensure world-class customer service • Be accountable for Voice of the Customer scores and feedback • Report to the Field Director Services and manage up to 5+ direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 3 years of work experience • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing effective sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance accountability, and retention preferred • Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a high-performance selling culture that consistently delivers to sales targets and customer experience standards preferred • Requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment • Typically located in a comfortable indoor area with possible exposure to dust, fumes, odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights
