📋 Description

• Lead planning and execution activities related to project delivery and/or financial/budgeting activity. • Lead scoping, structuring, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. • Ensure project success within timelines and budgets. • Create and maintain status reports. • Proactively manage project issues and risks. • Coordinate and execute work across multiple areas and Technology portfolios. • Monitor and adjust budgets, track labor and capital spend, and support variance root-cause analysis. • Identify barriers to successful outcomes and partner with leadership teams to overcome them. • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and other delivery methodologies. • Support quarterly planning and prioritization. • Lead project planning, including scoping, deliverables, work breakdown structures, and milestones. • Create, monitor, track, and adjust project plans across several projects or initiatives. • Align dependencies, track compliance requirements, and manage risk and issue mitigation plans. • Develop and execute change-management and project communication plans. • Lead fiscal management and reporting, including labor, capital spend, and non-labor forecasting. • Participate in vendor selection and onboarding. • Support purchase order and invoicing processes for third-party vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • 5+ years working in marketing/advertising/retail media program management role. • Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations. • Experience managing cross-functional software development initiatives. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Working knowledge of Tableau. • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint). • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation. • Demonstrated project management skills. • Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
