📋 Description

• Independently develop and consistently redesign/refactor products to adapt to customer and associate needs • Create, deploy, and support production applications • Participate in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software • Develop functional, destructive, and other test suites to support rapid code deployment • Collaborate with team members in agile processes • Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are valuable, developer-ready, understandable, and testable • Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks • Lead technical discussions • Report typically to a Software Engineer Manager or Senior Manager • No direct reports • No travel required

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • 2-4 years of relevant work experience (preferred qualification) • Experience with front end technology such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript frameworks • Experience with an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java • Experience with relational or noSQL database technology • Experience with cloud computing techniques • Experience with CI/CD tools • Experience with modern software design patterns • Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication • Experience with creating and executing unit, functional, destructive and performance tests • Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques • Experience with a version control system • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum of 3 years of work experience • No leadership experience required
