📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce processes used by Sales, Investment Support, and Investment Operations • Partner with Sales Operations and adjacent teams on Salesforce initiatives • Gather requirements and map their interaction with the investment process • Help define project scope and keep timelines on track • Design, build, test, implement, and maintain Salesforce Flows • Follow Salesforce best practices, including bulkification, error handling, minimal DML in loops, and avoiding recursive triggers • Troubleshoot and debug Flows across multi-flow chains and integration touchpoints • Support root cause analysis on internal support cases • Monitor Salesforce releases and identify useful new features • Implement configuration changes required by releases • Support Salesforce deployments across sandbox environments • Contribute to security checks and compliance with security policies • Refresh and configure sandbox environments and synchronize them with production • Document project progress and technical changes to Salesforce processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, screen, scheduled, and autolaunched Flows • Solid grasp of Salesforce Flow best practices and limits • Working knowledge of approval processes, custom objects, SOQL, validation rules, dynamic layouts, and Lightning App Builder • Experience managing Production, Full Copy sandbox, and Developer sandbox environments • Experience managing Salesforce security, including org-wide defaults, field-level security, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules • Project management skills to manage multiple projects and timelines • Clear verbal and written communication for coordinating work across teams
