• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other platforms • Create engaging content, graphics, reels, and videos • Grow followers, engagement, and local brand awareness • Manage posting calendars and scheduling tools • Monitor comments, messages, and online reviews • Track and report key performance metrics • Coordinate social media campaigns with paid advertising efforts • Generate leads for caregivers and prospective clients • Collaborate with ownership on local marketing initiatives
• 3+ years of social media management experience • Proven experience growing a franchise, multi-location business, healthcare organization, or local service business • Portfolio demonstrating measurable growth and results • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and content creation tools • Strong writing and communication skills • Home care, healthcare, senior care, assisted living, hospice, or franchise marketing experience preferred • Experience running and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns • Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and online reputation management is a plus.
