📋 Description

• Lead implementation of new Workday modules and enhancements, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment • Serve as subject matter expert and primary administrator for HRIS platforms • Evaluate HR technology and identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and stakeholders to design integrated people-system solutions • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues and integrations with payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and applicant tracking systems • Create, maintain, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics on workforce trends, HR metrics, and operational efficiencies • Recommend and implement HR system improvements based on technology trends and best practices • Support data audits, compliance requirements, and security protocols • Provide training, guidance, and support to HR and business users • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration with experience leading or supporting the implementation of HR systems • Experience with Workday Core Human Capital Management and Payroll required • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple HR modules, including core HR, talent, benefits, compensation, learning management system, applicant tracking system, and absence management • Strong understanding of data structures, systems integrations, and reporting tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and ownership • Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and HR data compliance requirements • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and system integrity • Project management experience is a plus
