📋 Description

• Craft clear, warm, professional patient messages via app chat, representing 99% of patient interaction • Provide thoughtful written responses that anticipate patient questions • Coordinate with pharmacies and labs by phone to troubleshoot prescription, insurance, and delivery issues • Connect with dermatology providers to keep care plans on track • Maintain meticulous patient records • Bridge communication among patients, providers, and insurance companies • Partner with medical teams to communicate practical care plans • Monitor patient progress through ongoing messaging, troubleshoot obstacles, and support treatment journeys

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Exceptional written and spoken communication; clear, warm, and professional across every channel • Personal Mac or Windows laptop or desktop computer; tablets, Chromebooks, iPads, and phones will not work • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM • Comfortable with Gmail and Chrome or similar tools • Rock-solid internet and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace • Customer service mindset with empathy and professionalism • Ability to work independently • Coachable and collaborative; able to receive feedback and communicate openly • Availability for a full-time schedule of 35+ hours/week • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and 7 days per week, including mandatory 7-day availability during the first 90 days • Ability to check in several times daily between 9am and 10pm Eastern and complete tasks within 4-hour weekday and 6-hour weekend response windows • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US • Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
