📋 Description

• Prepare and interpret moderate financial analyses • Collect data for medical group provider compensation, productivity, and strategic development • Work closely with leadership and other teams to provide clinical and financial data analysis • Calculate monthly and quarterly provider compensation • Audit payroll files and true-up payment records against plan terms • Participate in annual provider compensation-related surveys • Track wRVU production, panel sizes, access scores, and incentive measures • Escalate outliers or data discrepancies to the Senior Analyst or Director • Maintain organized records for compensation plans, approval documentation, and policy references • Respond to audit or compliance inquiries with clear supporting files • Support provider onboarding, offboarding, and status-change workflows • Document and improve compensation workflows and processing logic • Develop internal SOPs and share knowledge with team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work-related experience • 1 year in healthcare finance, provider compensation, analytics, or related roles preferred • Strong analytical skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency • Ability to interpret complex data and identify trends • Ability to translate findings into actionable business insights • Knowledge of billing and coding information • Must be located in Arizona • Programming, SQL, database administration, and software engineering experience are not required
