📋 Description
• Prepare and interpret moderate financial analyses • Assist in calculating monthly/quarterly provider compensation • Audit payroll files and true-up payment records against plan terms • Participate in annual provider compensation related surveys • Track wRVU production, panel sizes, access scores, and incentive measures • Escalate outliers or data discrepancies to Senior Analyst or Director • Maintain organized records for comp plans, approval documentation, and policy references • Help respond to audit or compliance inquiries with clear supporting files • Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and status changes for providers • Document and improve comp workflows and processing logic • Develop internal SOPs for common tasks and share knowledge with team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors or 4 years’ work-related experience Required • 1 year in healthcare finance, provider comp, analytics, or related roles Preferred
