📋 Description

• Gather requirements from business and clinical teams to inform product development • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specs for data science and engineering teams • Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and design to translate requirements into actionable concepts and solutions • Lead the design and development of backend data and analytics architecture (scalability, reliability, performance) • Facilitate trade-off discussions among stakeholders, balancing speed, scalability, and quality • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses • Own technical documentation including data flow diagrams and architecture specifications • Communicate product updates and gather feedback from business stakeholders • Champion Agile methodologies and best practices • Mentor and guide junior product managers • Contribute to overall product strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management with a focus on analytics or data-driven products • 5+ years of strong verbal and written communication, translating data and insights into clear narratives for diverse audiences • 3+ years collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams to deliver impactful analytics tools • 3+ years in the pharmaceutical analytics domain, with solid understanding of healthcare data and analytics workflows • 3+ years supporting the development of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau • 3+ years working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
