📋 Description

• Investigate auto claims and determine coverage and liability. • Evaluate damages and work toward fair and timely claim resolutions. • Collaborate with customers, repair facilities, and business partners. • Negotiate fair claim settlements while adhering to company best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. • Must obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses within three months of hire. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to learn and apply state-specific claims regulations and company procedures. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. • Previous insurance, claims, customer service, or related experience preferred. • Experience working in a customer-focused environment requiring critical thinking and sound decision-making preferred.
