📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree • Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in Social Marketing/Advertising/Social Media/Project Management • Experience with client management and agency relations • Experience working with senior management is a plus • Proficiency in personal computers and supporting software in a Windows-based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work well within a team • Professional and ethical business practices and adherence to company standards • Commitment to personal and professional development • Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, accurate work products • Ability to work with little oversight and exercise sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills • Ability to learn quickly and apply learning to new situations • Flexibility to change as appropriate • Ability to effectively present information and make public presentations • Ability to make decisions with little direction and function effectively as a team-oriented, self-starter working across cross-functional lines • Strong entrepreneurial business development, relationship-building, and networking skills • Ability to share professional insights, expertise, and knowledge to develop critical thinking across the business • Horizon BCBSNJ employees must live in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut or Delaware
