📋 Description

• Experienced process improvement practitioner with a focus on driving cost reduction • Execute complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functions or businesses with minimal supervision or guidance • Serve as a dedicated resource working directly with division leaders and staff to support process improvement • Influence senior leaders to make informed decisions • Lead project teams comprised of peer-level resources • Report and communicate the results from process improvement efforts to senior business leaders division teams without direct authority • Act as a change agent/coach to instill and sustain changes • Build positive relationships and credibility with the BPI team and business partners • Engage people and develop them through team work and a high level of participation • Assess change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change • Direct the analyses of process improvement analysts • Drive for high quality results • Identify and manage program risks and issues that impact program progress • Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of project deliverables • Develop practical solutions and methodologies to solve complex business and enterprise problems • Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses • Identify and present new project opportunities to leadership • Develop and share best practices among fellow process improvement coaches and customer

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree • Requires a minimum of 8 years business process improvement or process redesign experience • Healthcare background highly preferred • Qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from an industry recognized leader (e.g. American Society for Quality) • Strong knowledge of change management principles and strategies as applied to people and process • Proven project management and process improvement skills including strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies • Strong proficiency with Minitab and/or other statistical software • Must be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
