📋 Description

• Drive enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis, and business transformation efforts • Lead projects supporting key business objectives across multiple divisions • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and implement sustainable solutions • Conduct detailed process analyses and develop business cases and ROI models • Lead value stream mapping and statistical analysis efforts • Draft project deliverables and recommendations • Provide leadership and guidance to Business Process Analysts within project teams • Collaborate on cross-functional enterprise initiatives • Promote continuous improvement practices and mentor employees pursuing Lean Green and Green Belt certifications • Execute complex process improvement initiatives and communicate results to divisions • Influence business partners and small teams without direct authority • Act as a change agent and coach to instill and sustain changes • Direct analyses conducted by process improvement analysts • Use Lean, DMAIC, and Design for Six Sigma tools to align activities with business objectives • Identify and manage project risks and issues • Prepare detailed project plans and track performance and deliverables • Develop solutions and methodologies for complex business problems • Coach, mentor, and assist Lean and Green Belt candidates toward certification • Develop content for leadership presentations • Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and businesses • Identify and present new project opportunities to leadership • Develop and share best practices • Partner with Finance and Business to develop and track project metrics • Develop ROI-based business cases • Develop control plans and monitor key performance metrics • Deliver operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree • Minimum of 5 years of business process improvement or process redesign experience • Qualified Lean Six Sigma Green-level certification from an industry recognized academic or quality institution • Commitment to achieve Horizon Black Belt certification within two years of hire • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Experience in a multi-divisional corporate environment desired • Understanding of change management challenges related to process improvement • Proven project management and process improvement skills • Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies • Experience with Minitab and/or other statistical software • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Ability to lead the work of others • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Ability to create strong working relationships • Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data and draw logical conclusions • Strong project management experience • Well organized and results-driven • Occasional travel may be required to alternate Horizon sites • Employees must live in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Delaware
