📋 Description

• Lead operational workflows across Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Export Operations • Run high-volume business-critical processes impacting enterprise deals and customer trust • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, InfoSec, GTM, Finance, Product, Engineering, HR, and Operations • Support administration and management of the e2Open export compliance platform • Perform screening and sanctions checks according to U.S. regulations • Assist with export classification and documentation maintenance • Drive compliant onboarding requirements for customers and partners • Ensure compliance with export controls and trade laws • Maintain records for audit readiness and regulatory inquiries • Support internal and external audits and inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance, privacy, export compliance, contract management, and/or paralegal roles • Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology companies • Working familiarity with GDPR and core global privacy principles • Knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, DPAs, SCCs, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms • Hands-on experience with e2Open or similar export compliance platforms • Working knowledge of U.S. export controls and sanctions regulations • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written communication skills
