📋 Description

• Build and iterate go-to-market playbooks covering messaging, positioning, and launch processes • Identify new product opportunities, verticals, and markets • Run competitive analysis and market research • Partner with sales and customer success on expansion and growth strategies • Prepare quarterly board meeting materials, metrics, and narrative with the CEO • Handle ad hoc investor requests and reports • Support fundraising initiatives and investor communications • Build business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, or investments • Partner with Leadership on company priorities, strategic initiatives, and planning cycles • Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements • Build and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks • Support financial forecasting and modeling for headcount, revenue, and spend • Support billing reconciliation and accounts payable operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in strategy & operations or business operations, ideally in a high-growth tech or startup environment • Background from top consulting, investment banking, or a strong business school foundation • Ability to build models and independently analyze data • Track record of owning initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through execution • Exceptional curiosity and grit • Comfort operating in ambiguity • Strong communication and writing ability • Bias toward action and ownership • Fluency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar • Ability to work remotely in the United States
