📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain critical demo content within OneStream’s demo applications • Work with Field Presales, Product Commercialization, Product Management, and other stakeholders to create and improve standard and industry-focused demonstrations • Develop imaginative use cases and visually compelling demonstrations for OneStream Platform innovations • Lead Demo Engineers on large and critical demo content projects • Adopt new and upcoming product features and innovations early • Mentor and train Demo Engineering team members • Maintain knowledge of the OneStream Platform and Marketplace roadmap • Provide technical and functional support to Presales and internal demo-application users • Serve as a technical resource for Demo Engineers, Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives • Transform complex business requirements and challenges into clear demo content

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Computer Science or a technology-related field • Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools • 6+ years of experience in application management, including building, developing, and deploying applications • Ability to rapidly assess customer landscapes and target use cases and deployment targets for cloud technology • Ability to guide evaluation of OneStream’s Cloud solution • Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect • Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to lead technical discussions and identify appropriate customer solutions • Experience with business analysis and financial modeling • 3–5+ years of CPM industry experience • Background in Finance/Accounting • Previous experience as a Senior Solution Consultant or Senior Demo Engineer preferred • 4+ years of experience developing and/or implementing OneStream applications preferred • Impeccable attention to detail • Strong listening skills • Ability to multitask • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives • Flexible and adaptable • Ability to work well in a team environment • Willingness and ability to travel • Must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
