• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, related field or equivalent work experience. • 4-7 years of experience in global recruiting, with a focus on demonstrated success. • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and techniques to enhance hiring effectiveness. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in using Greenhouse and UKG Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes. • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and strategy. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices. • Experience in building and maintaining a positive employer brand to attract top talent. • Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment while contributing to overall HR objectives.
