📋 Description

• Craft and execute implementation strategies for important new customer opportunities ranging from $200K to $1M • Set the foundation for lasting partnerships and drive adoption across Engine's full product suite during customers' first months on the platform • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management from signed contract to first booking • Feed implementation blockers and field patterns back to Product and Engineering • Lead a team of Implementation Managers through live deployments • Run workload and milestone reviews • Coach the team on the implementation motion • Build processes that scale as new customer volume grows • Serve as the senior implementation voice on important new customer opportunities • Lead key customer meetings and deliver training • Ensure interactions with Engine exceed expectations through a clean handoff to the dedicated Account Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in implementation, customer success, account management, or technical program management at a B2B SaaS, travel, or fintech platform • 1+ year leading a team or formally mentoring individual contributors • Experience owning customer onboarding and implementation end to end • Ability to translate customer requirements into tailored rollout plans that drive adoption across a full product suite • Comfortable serving as the senior customer-facing voice on a deal • Fluency in customer onboarding at scale, including configuration and rollout planning, mutual success plans, adoption benchmarks, and GTM handoffs across Sales, Account Management, and support • Comfortable holding a team to a high customer-engagement cadence, roughly 15 customer meetings per week per individual contributor • Problem-solving and consultative customer-engagement skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the playbook is still being refined • Bonus: experience with corporate travel, expense, or spend management platforms
