📋 Description

• Define and drive product strategy for the search and shop booking journey. • Work closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders. • Lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features. • Combine customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to optimize outcomes. • Keep teams and stakeholders aligned by telling compelling stories around product priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, ideally with experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms. • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across teams and functions. • Deep empathy for users, with a solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions. • Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions.
