📋 Description
• Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and turnaround times for dispositions • Partner with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and construction scope of work • Value properties across the entire US and ensure valuation accuracy • Meet turnaround objectives for valuations and prevent properties from remaining too long on the market • Handle multiple priorities and deadlines • Perform other duties necessary to help the company meet its goals
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/underwriting • An appraisal license or completed all appraisal coursework (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Amazing computer skills and ability to pick up new technology quickly
