📋 Description

• Value prospective residential property deals and determine scope of work for acquired properties • Determine reliable market value estimates for acquisition decisions • Determine pricing strategies for selling acquired properties • Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI and turnaround times for dispositions • Partner with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, scope of work, and construction strategy • Value properties across the entire US and ensure valuation accuracy • Meet valuation turnaround objectives and prevent properties from remaining too long on the market • Handle multiple priorities and deadlines • Perform other duties necessary to help the company meet its goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/underwriting • An appraisal license or completed all appraisal coursework (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Amazing computer skills and ability to pick up new technology quickly
