📋 Description

• Source candidates, develop pipelines, and build relationships across all roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms • Partner with Pharmacy Operations to develop sourcing techniques for high-volume and targeted roles • Source and recruit product managers, designers, software engineers, and data and security talent • Engage candidates through relationship building, marketing campaigns, and strategic brand opportunities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including coordinating, sourcing, and offers, across Pharmacy Operations, Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Corporate • Coordinate applicants, schedule interviews, and facilitate interviews via Greenhouse • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to support an efficient recruiting process • Facilitate debrief sessions promoting consistent and equitable hiring practices • Work with People and Finance to structure offers, handle objections, and close candidates • Report on time-to-fill, offer metrics, pipeline health, and source of hire • Maintain accurate Greenhouse records, notes, dispositions, and structured scorecards • Follow employment regulations and healthcare-specific requirements, including credentialing and background screening for clinical roles • Contribute ideas on interview design, sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be based in the United States • At least six years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter • Proven track record in strategic sourcing and consistent acceptance rates • Passion for the House Rx mission and ability to inspire applicants and candidates • Resourceful, eager to learn, and able to provide knowledgeable insight about House Rx roles and company culture • Ability to leverage metrics and analytics to drive and improve hiring decisions • Previous start-up experience preferred • Comfort in a nuanced, fast-paced, and completely remote environment preferred • Previous experience in healthcare and/or health-related recruitment preferred • Prior pharmacy experience is a bonus
