📋 Description

• Supervise and mentor a team of accounts payable clerks • Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, validation, approval, and payment • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers • Enforce internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts payable reports • Identify and recommend improvements to existing accounts payable processes and systems • Ensure all accounts payable activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field • Proven experience (5+ years) in accounts payable or a related financial role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and accounts payable processes • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
