📋 Description
• Define and execute enterprise application development strategy across Commercial and Personal Lines • Align technology roadmap with underwriting, distribution, and product expansion goals • Drive API-first, cloud-based modernization initiatives • Ensure alignment to enterprise architecture and API standards • Lead agile delivery across development, QA, and release management • Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes • Establish KPIs, SLAs, and delivery accountability frameworks • Support SAFe 6.0 and ITIL process execution
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years in application development and leadership roles • Proven experience leading development for insurance platforms, including policy administration, rating engines, and underwriting systems (Commercial and Personal Lines preferred) • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-platform initiatives across digital portals, core systems, and API ecosystems • Proven experience leading high-growth, fast-paced teams • Strong track record of driving modernization, platform consolidation, and digital transformation initiatives
