📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall coordination of all IT-related projects or programs within a particular department or associated initiatives within the Office of Enterprise Information Technology Security • Provides a high-level program view that highlights the health of each initiative • Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects • Works with sponsors, project managers, and other teams throughout the organization • Acts as a subject matter expert and liaison between technical resources and faculty as new initiatives are being planned, developed and launched • Follows the EPMO framework and required documentation for all projects • May participate in writing and reviewing SOWs, RFPs, and other such contracts with external vendors • Prepares weekly status reports and other documents or presentations as necessary for Executive or Leadership review

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in IT or related field • Seven years of experience managing IT projects and portfolios specifically complex system integrations • PMP Certification required • Must have technical experience supporting various in-house and vendor applications • Experience in a Higher Education IT Department and/or Healthcare environment is preferred.
