📋 Description

• Apply accounting and audit principles to support government performance improvement and compliance • Lead and manage audit or audit advisory projects, ensuring alignment with federal standards • Participate in planning and execution of engagement strategies and deliverables • Analyze audit data and develop solutions in compliance with PWS requirements • Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring task completion within timelines and budgets • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and lead client meetings • Ensure documentation and deliverables align with federal regulations and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a relevant technical field • Must possess an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), in good standing (required) • Minimum 6 years of relevant financial or business experience, including 2 years of leadership in audit/advisory projects for government clients • Experience in federal audit requirements including OMB Circulars (A-123, A-127, A-134) and FISCAM • Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) • Prior experience with DoD systems and standards • Excellent analytical, writing, and client-facing communication skills • Familiarity with SAP/HANA 4 or OneStream is a plus.
