📋 Description

• Own overall program delivery, including cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk across all task areas • Lead contract kickoff and stand up the program, including the approach, work plan, and onboarding plan • Author and maintain the Project Management Plan, including schedule, milestones, risks, and resource plan • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer, COR, and government Program Manager/Product Owner • Deliver clear, on-time status reporting and dashboards • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Scrum-of-Scrums, sprint demos, quarterly reviews, and roadmap reviews • Manage staffing, subcontractor coordination, and cross-team dependencies • Track and deliver contract deliverables, including status dashboards, staff rosters, issue logs, and reports • Identify risks and schedule issues early and drive them to resolution with the customer and delivery teams • Lead delivery on an enterprise data platform program and keep engineering teams unblocked in an Agile cadence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years managing technical programs or projects, including delivery of software or data/cloud solutions • Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams (Scrum/SAFe) and running program ceremonies • Strong command of program controls: scheduling, risk management, resource planning, and status reporting • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to represent the company confidently to government stakeholders • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-vendor teams • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust background investigation • U.S. work authorization • Must reside within the Continental U.S. • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification (nice to have) • Direct experience delivering on federal programs, ideally in a data, analytics, or cloud context (nice to have) • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS), data governance, or AI/ML program delivery (nice to have) • Experience with federal IT delivery frameworks and Agile governance (nice to have) • Veteran or military-affiliated candidates strongly encouraged to apply
