📋 Description

• Manage an assigned caseload of students and monitor academic progress throughout the course lifecycle. • Maintain consistent communication with students, parents, and school partners, including regular progress updates. • Grade assignments and provide timely, constructive feedback. • Deliver engaging live virtual instruction when assigned. • Monitor student performance and implement appropriate academic interventions. • Collaborate with instructional leaders and internal stakeholders to support student success. • Maintain accurate student records and complete required administrative tasks. • Participate in professional development, instructional observations, and feedback processes. • Complete all required training and compliance activities. • Serve as a substitute or bench teacher when assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Education or a relevant subject area required. • Master's degree preferred. • Active teaching certification or license in the applicable subject area strongly preferred. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from a Catholic University, required • Practicing Catholic in good standing, as evidenced by a letter from your Pastor or other Parish Official, required • Minimum two years of teaching experience in a Catholic school, preferred • Catechist Certification, preferred • Prior classroom or instructional experience required. • Experience teaching in an online or blended learning environment preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to build positive relationships in a virtual learning environment. • Proficiency with learning management systems and educational technology. • Ability to independently navigate technology required for the role, including Microsoft Office, email, video conferencing platforms, and learning management systems. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage a high-volume asynchronous caseload with consistency and responsiveness. • Demonstrated ability to use student performance data to inform instructional decisions.
