📋 Description

• Design and build self-led e-learning modules, on-demand micro-learning assets, training guides, facilitator materials, and slide decks • Leverage AI tools to write scripts, generate visual assets, draft assessments, and accelerate instructional design • Document processes and update People Team resources in Confluence • Build project proposals and training deployment plans with learning objectives, target outcomes, and agile rollout strategies • Uphold Human Interest’s brand through communications and learning experiences • Assess feedback and internal data to improve learning offerings and processes • Establish post-training feedback channels and translate learner input into program updates • Facilitate interactive virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops • Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses aligned with company objectives • Manage and execute talent programs, including employee growth and leadership development • Work cross-functionally to support talent development programs • Build relationships with internal organizations to support employee development and retention • Provide administrative support for the Docebo Learning Management System • Manage and assist with People Team projects from inception to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, or related fields • Experience creating eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Rise • Strong facilitation and presentation skills in in-person and virtual environments • Working knowledge of LMS administration • Experience with Docebo and Confluence is a major plus • Experience with multimedia editing software such as Canva • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, draft content, and build visual assets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Meticulous organization and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills • Ability to function independently and collaboratively • Ability to creatively leverage existing tools and materials to build high-impact, scalable solutions in lean environments
