📋 Description

• Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions • Performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment • Pays vendor invoices and receives/posts customer payments on a timely basis • Maintains and reconciles accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports • Prepares analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud • Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed • Prepares and delivers low-volume customer billing and responds to resulting queries • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 1 or more years of finance experience • 2 years of experience leading projects, processes or people • Experience working in MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access • Experience completing accounts receivable, accounts payable or other finance/accounting procedures • Experience completing financial analysis and reporting
