📋 Description

• Lead an organization driving productivity and efficiency through AI, automation, and software platforms • Oversee enterprise automation across product ownership, governance and standards, and adoption, efficacy, and efficiency measurement • Align and distribute teams and roles under a unified structure • Accelerate standardized engineering practices and deployment of automation solutions in partnership with CTO technology teams • Own the design, build, and governance of Humana's hybrid cloud onboarding platform • Embed AI into the platform to provide guided onboarding, capture feedback, and drive iterative improvement • Lead Humana's hybrid cloud and infrastructure strategy • Align work streams, enable efficiencies, and accelerate business objectives through AI-powered automation solutions and platforms • Simplify infrastructure requesting and provisioning to reduce operational costs and improve delivery speed • Establish organizational change management and new ways of working across the technology enterprise • Organize capabilities into value-stream-aligned product teams with product ownership, integrated delivery squads, and outcome accountability through production operations • Manage finances, invest in automation capabilities with measurable ROI, and govern the automation portfolio • Build an AI-native function with intelligent onboarding, feedback loops, predictive provisioning recommendations, and usage-data-driven improvement cycles • Foster innovation, engineering rigor, and continuous improvement • Develop automation engineers and leaders delivering scalable enterprise solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree • 10 or more years of technical experience • 8 or more years of management experience • Experience with software QA testing of multi-tier enterprise web applications • Strong experience with white-box testing • Strong experience with web-service integration testing • Strong experience with server back-end testing • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
