📋 Description

• Solve complex business problems and issues using internal and external data sources • Provide insights to decision-makers • Use tools, technologies, applications, and practices to collect, integrate, analyze, and present raw data • Create insightful and actionable business information • Make decisions regarding own work methods, including in ambiguous situations • Report to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis • 3+ years of experience in SQL, SAS, or Databricks • 5+ years of advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel power pivots, complex formulas, and summarizing data • 2+ years of experience assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis • US Citizen • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Preferred: experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques • Preferred: ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions
