📋 Description

• Lead strategic analyses and recommendations on high-priority enterprise initiatives • Facilitate discussions with business leaders to identify opportunities and address strategic challenges • Develop business cases supporting investment decisions and growth initiatives • Translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans • Mentor analysts and guide project execution and analytical approaches • Own responsibility for one or more simultaneous Corporate Strategy projects • Manage project workstreams involving junior colleagues • Manage scope of work and stakeholder needs across Corporate Strategy and Humana • Deliver high-quality results for senior leadership, the Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors • Evaluate growth opportunities, market and competitive strategies, partnerships and acquisitions, operating model improvements, pilots, and innovation opportunities • Collaborate with Corporate Strategy colleagues and contribute to an inclusive, supportive team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of consulting, strategy, or relevant corporate experience • Experience must be strategic in nature rather than primarily operational • Quantitative analysis and research skills • Financial modeling skills • Ability to translate ambiguous problem statements into structured frameworks • Ability to generate hypotheses independently and test them • Ability to synthesize complex information into digestible executive insights • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders • Graduate-level degree in business, health administration, or a related field is preferred • Meaningful experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking/corporate development is preferred • Relevant healthcare experience, especially in the payer industry, is preferred
