• Lead advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and federal affairs strategies • Liaison between Humana Military and external stakeholders • Build strategic relationships with Military Service Organizations, Veterans Service Organizations, federal officials, and industry partners • Advise senior leadership on military and Veterans-related policy issues • Develop advocacy strategies and communications
• U.S. citizenship required • Interim approval for government security clearance • Bachelor's degree • 10 years of professional experience in government affairs, health policy, business development, and/or advocacy roles • 5 years of experience implementing advocacy programs directly relevant to the federal government • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time and attend after hours events
