📋 Description

• Lead the highest-priority strategic and transformation initiatives across multiple supplemental benefits, vendors, and enterprise functions • Structure complex or ambiguous business problems into hypotheses, analyses, workstreams, deliverables, ownership, milestones, and decisions • Develop recommendations and executable roadmaps integrating financial, operational, member, competitive, regulatory, and vendor perspectives • Assess regulatory changes and lead cross-functional response teams through implementation • Develop portfolio and vendor strategies, multi-year roadmaps, business cases, and optimization opportunities • Transform the Supplemental Benefits operating model, including governance, decision rights, and management routines • Establish repeatable vendor implementation and performance-governance capabilities • Develop executive reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities • Redesign fragmented, manual, or inconsistent processes • Transition mature capabilities to Shared Services Operations, benefit owners, or other accountable teams • Build and lead a new Strategy & Transformation team of approximately 4–5 professionals • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing talent • Manage a dynamic portfolio of initiatives and allocate team capacity against business and member impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 8+ years of progressive experience within management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, healthcare strategy/operations, and/or comparable roles solving complex business problems • 2+ years leading and developing high-performing teams • Meaningful experience within Medicare Advantage, managed care, or closely related healthcare services industries • Experience operating in complex regulated environments • Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable results • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop fact-based recommendations • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including business case development and evaluation • Exceptional executive communication skills • Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, rapidly changing, and regulated environment
