📋 Description

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for assigned digital experiences. • Translate our priorities, customer insights, and operational needs into measurable outcomes. • Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution. • Lead product discovery and identify opportunities that improve customer and outcomes. • Lead strategy and execution of mobile-first customer experiences. • Champion intuitive digital journeys across authentication, onboarding, refill, fulfillment, and self-service. • Partner with UX and Engineering to improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. • Define success metrics and measure growth. • Manage roadmap priorities across multiple workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience leading complex digital products. • Experience managing native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and responsive web experiences. • Customer-centered design and digital product strategy experience. • Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing competing needs. • Lead teams without direct authority. • Experience using customer insights and analytics to drive product decisions. • Experience identifying reusable solutions and influence platform strategy. • Experience working within Agile product organizations.
