📋 Description

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for assigned digital experiences • Translate priorities, customer insights, and operational needs into measurable outcomes • Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution • Lead product discovery and identify opportunities to improve customer and business outcomes • Lead strategy and execution of mobile-first customer experiences • Champion digital journeys across authentication, onboarding, refill, fulfillment, and self-service • Partner with UX and Engineering to improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction • Use customer insights and analytics to prioritize investments • Identify opportunities to convert channel-specific functionality into reusable platform capabilities • Partner with capability product managers to reduce duplication and increase consistency across channels • Advocate for configurable, scalable solutions over one-off customizations • Help shape the transition toward capability-based product ownership • Lead teams through discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement • Build partnerships across Design, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Business teams • Influence strategic decisions through data, customer insights, and product recommendations • Define success metrics and measure growth • Manage roadmap priorities across multiple workstreams • Complete product documentation, feature definition, and implementation planning • Balance innovation, technical modernization, and operational stability • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience leading complex digital products • Experience managing native mobile applications for iOS and Android • Experience managing responsive web experiences • Customer-centered design and digital product strategy experience • Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing competing needs • Ability to lead teams without direct authority • Experience using customer insights and analytics to drive product decisions • Experience identifying reusable solutions and influencing platform strategy • Experience working within Agile product organizations • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
