📋 Description

• Drive innovative new initiatives within Claims Administration and Payment Integrity • Develop and manage the long-term deployment of AI-driven solutions • Ensure coordination between new and existing tools and applications • Represent the CPI ART in CAPI intake meetings • Work with architects and engineering to ensure user interface for tools is designed and improved • Lead cross-functional communication and change management efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SME knowledge and experience in payment integrity operations or strong product management expertise • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field is desired • 5+ years of Product Management experience • 3+ years of Agile experience • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
